If you prefer to run your own quotes, software is available for most carriers.  We also provide customized quote request forms.  The quote request forms use a simple "check off" and "fill in the blank system which is both time saving and easy to use.  Simply fax them to us using our toll free, 24 hour fax line.  We will then send your quote and, everything you need to write the case, by mail, email, or fax.  We strive to have your quote on its way within 24 hours of receiving the request.

Application Review

When you submit an application to our office it is thoroughly reviewed prior to it being sent to the respective carrier.  We catch over 90% of the errors that would require an application to be returned, saving you time and money!  Once the review is complete all paper work is copied and a case file is created for each application.  This allows us to handle problems due to a loss of paperwork without your time being wasted.

Underwriting

Within one week following the submission of your application we begin the follow-up process.  Each week the respective companies are contacted for the status of your cases.  If there are outstanding requirements or anything that may cause delay, we notify you immediately.  This saves you the trouble of worrying about the status of your case once it goes to underwriting.

Sales Support

We will assist you in either of two ways.  We can act as a "behind the scenes technical support staff"  or we can can work directly with you and your client.  With over 20 years of direct sales experience, you will find us a valuable resource for the more complicated and advances sales.
